I have low pressure when urinating and have trouble fully emptying my bladder, any ideas what could cause this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Prostate trouble: Benign prostrate enlargement can cause urine flow blockage and a slower stream with incomplete bladder emptying. Not treated, over time, bladder may temporarily or permanently lose its ability to generate a contraction sufficient to overcome the resistance of the urethra (myogenic bladder failure) resulting in an inability to empty the bladder. Flow rate and residual by a urologist will clarify.
