What do I do to get rid of hemorrhoids naturally?

Dr. Mark Kuhnke
General Surgery 40 years experience
Diet and position: Although they may not totally disappear, hemorrhoids can be lessened by a diet high in fibre, good hydration, very moderate alcohol, and efficient use of the bathroom. When you assume the position for bowel function, be purposeful. Don't be distracted by reading material or digital devices. When you are done, get up and get moving. This should help. Good luck.
