Stop!: Stop what you are specifically doing. If pain goes away, it is the activity you are engaging in. Always let your partner know you are having discomfort! if there is no attempt to stop, you are with a jerk!

Change positions : Changing positions is the first step. However, if pain persists it could be indicative of something more serious. Conditions like endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts and or pelvic inflammatory disease can cause pain. See your gynecologist if it doesn't get better.
