Call your doctor: You need to make sure that this is not a manifestation of pre-term labor, which would require an exam, and possibly having a cervical length measurement &/or a fetal fibronectin test. Once that is ruled out, it may be due to dehydration, musculoskeletal strain, possibly a kidney problem.
