Yes: Otc anti fungal shampoos help. Use on skin for 2-3 min, rinse. Try for 3 weeks. Otc topical ketoconazole 1% helps too. The best: rx for 2% Ketoconazole Cream three times daily x 3 weeks, selenium sulfide lotion/foam or ciclopirox lotion.
