Lots in development: Right now standard of care is pegylated interferon plus Ribavirin for all genotypes, and adding a protease inhibitor (either telaprevir or boceprevir) for genotype 1. By the end of this year, we expect both simeprevir (a once a day protease inhibitor) and sofosbuvir (nucleotide analogue) to be approved. Genotype 2 will be all-oral. Other genotypes will still do better with interferon.
