Package says no : I can't figure out why, but the package insert says not for use in pregnancy. Inhaled lavender, eucalyptus and camomile vapors should be just fine. However since the package specifically says not to use in pregnancy you may want to think about other remedies first. Saline nasal spray should help your breathing if you are congested.
