It hurts so good: I would expect that this is partly "use it or lose it." if you're having sex for the first time at 36, realize that there is going to be quite a bit of "accommodating" that your vaginal tissues are going to have to go through. I can imagine that pent-up desire could have led to quite vigorous sex, which would cause soreness in any woman. Use a lubricant, and keep having sex. It will get better.
