Virus or trouble: A number of viruses can cause vomiting and diarrhea, and some of these also cause a bumpy red rash. However, bumps can come from other causes--like having an allergic reaction to a food or other substance, which can also be associated with vomiting. Regardless, vomiting that worsens, doesn't stop, or becomes green is a cause for concern. Consider contacting your doctor soon if not better yet.
