Yes: Pregnancy can happen almost any time, particularly in young teens whose cycles are irregular. Sometimes pregnancy has occurred and a small amount of spotting looks like a period when in fact it's not. The probability of pregnancy is much higher several days after a period (when ovulation occurs), but it's not impossible to get pregnant at other times--just much less likely.
