Not likely: Condoms should be worn prior to any intercourse, because there is active sperm in "pre-cum". However, it is not likely to cause pregnancy 4 d prior to a normal interval menstrual cycle - this is how natural family planning works. However, unless there is strong documentation of normal cycles, pregnancy can occur if this was not a normal episode of bleeding.
