Cyst: If the cyst is on the eye, it is generally benign. If it becomes larger and bothersome, it can be surgically removed. A bump on the eyelid is usually a stye or chalazion, which can be managed with warm compresses and topical antibiotic. In either case, seek help from your local ophthalmologist.

Cyst: If this is on the white of your eye this is probably a fluid filled epithelial inclusion cyst and if large, can be drained in the office of an ophthalmologist.
