Pregnancy possible: Pregnancy should be ruled out. Otherwise it likely means a cycle where you did not ovulate. This can happen near menopause or in women with endocrinologic reasons to not ovulate (e.g. Pcos, hypothyroid, etc). Your menses can be regulated with hormones, but you need to be evaluated for hormonal disorders.
