How many days in a row can i safely take ibuprofen?

No real safe number: In general, i would follow the package recommendations and watch for signs/symptoms of complications i.e. Pain, black/tarry stools, blood in the stools, nausea/vomiting. If you have had bleeding problems in the past with ibuprofen, i would take a drug like Prilosec once daily while on the NSAID to minimize the risk of ulcer bleeding.
