See a doc: ...Experienced in treating asthma. Most symptoms can be treated with inhaled bronchodilators. Two puffs taken before exercise usually prevents symptoms. Symptoms occurring more than once weekly, or at night should be treated with a preventive meds. These include inhaled steroids, or oral anti-inflammatory agents. There are many and your doctor can help you figure out which one is best for you.
