Hard to do: There isn't really a way to "cure" them . If you know what things trigger your cholinergic releases, you can try to avoid those things for many it is things like change sin temperature, etc. Otherwise, you can really only treat symptoms. Long term suppressive meds may help a bit, but they have their own side effects.
