Can a pinched optic nerve cause a loss in sexual desire?

Yes it's possible: Good question. It is possible to hurt sexual drive if the lesion not only affects the optic nerve but the pituitary gland as well. As you may know the pituitary gland secretes hormones that are related to sexual functioning (fsh, lh, prolactin).

No: There is no scientific evidence to link a damaged optic nerve to change in sexual drive.
