Unlikely: A tubal ligation is a highly effective contraceptive method and the proper choice when an endometrial ablation is performed. The chances of pregnancy having had those procedures is extremely remote and you should live your life, as you see fit, with the confidence gained from an improved menstrual flow and a highly effective contraceptive.
