It will go away : Explosive urinary frequency typically happens in boys 3-7. It is characterized by no urination at night and frequent daytime urination. It drives parents crazy. It goes away on its own usually. If desired anticholinergic gents can be tried to prevent the bladder spasms the child is suffering from. It is important to not perform extensive radiography studies since all findings are negative.
