NO: It depends on why you are on duphaston. If you doctor gave it to you because of recurrent pregnancy loss or for luteal phase defect then you should not stop it without his or her approval. Please call your doctor and ask before you stop. Stopping this medication may cause you to lose your pregnancy. Call asap.
