See your doctor: In someone your age, this may or may not be an early warning sign of a lymphoma. Now, I do not want to worry you but you need to get blood work and ct scan for starters. I would not wait too long. Is there a family history of cancer? Do you have swelling anywhere else? Are the night sweats drenching. If any of the answers are true, you need to see an oncologist and your pcp can refer you.
