Sintoms of aheart attack?

Chest pain: Chest pain that is dull, achy and heavy feeling usually right in middle of chest and worse with exertion.

There are many...: Chest pain, upper abdominal pain, nausea, sweating profusely, cold and clammy, upper back pain, neck, arm or jaw pain and a sense of doom (feeling like this is it for you). One may have one, many or none of these symptoms. A third of the heart attacks may be silent.
