Ask your OB doctor.: Every patient has her own unique medical situation. Most cold medicines have either phenylephrine or Pseudoephedrine for congestion relief. Either of these may have an adverse effect on your blood pressure. Elevated blood pressure is an all too common problem of pregnancy. Please ask your obstetrician about your specific needs.
