NOT REALLY BE PATIEN: Not relly it may just be a false alarm but if you start getting regular contractions and feel like you are going through labour like pains and amniotic sac busting than you go to er or call your doctor.

It could be early : It could be start of early labour, you start with mild pains and get more frequent contractionsand/or you pass a mucus plug and your water may break and exam will show dilatation of cervix you should have it checked by your OB if it is persisting.
