Appendicitis: The pain from appendicitis can be variable, but one common pattern is that it centers around the belly button initially, and then gradually moves to the right lower aspect of the abdomen. It is possible to have appendicitis without this particular pattern, however, so if you have any pattern of severe abdominal pain, get it checked out. Good luck.
