Not good: If you are trying to loose weight and are concerned about not looking "womanly" you are probably getting too thin. If you want to reshape your mid-section without weight loss (and loss of womanly shape) exercising all the core muscles is best. Be aware that shape will be better as you tone/strengthen muscles but weight might increase as muscle is heavier than fat.
