does it matter if my wbc are normal but my lymphocyte % is a little on the low side: 19.4?

No: For example if your total WBC is 8000 and the lymphs are 19% then your absolute lymph count is 1600 which is just fine.

Exactly. "Treat the person, not the numbers." I often wish labs wouldn't even report these confusing percentages.
