Normal?: Tonsilar crypts can develop normal cheesy concretions which are not infectious or cancer. The lack of pain and feverishness bodes well that this is not dangerous. If the whitish region were more homogeneous, a yeast infection might be a consideration. Are there any swollen lymph nodes in the front of the neck? This would be suggestive of an infection.
