Safe: The short answer is that patients with bronchiectasis can get pregnant. Most of the risk comes from the medications that you're taking rather than the underlying lung disease. There are cystic fibrosis patients pregnant in these patients typically have fairly severe bronchiectasis. Before considering pregnancy and we discussed the idea with your doctor and make sure that your inhalers are safe.
