TL Syndrome: Tubal ligation may cause post tubal ligation syndrome. Women may experience abnormal bleeding, pain, changes in sexual behavior and emotional health problems. Women, between the ages of 20 to 29 yo with previous history of menstrual dysfunction, may have increased risk of ptl syndrome. Significant changes in the hormonal status post ligation, might be a factor, but not seen in many cases.Thanks.
