Possibly: As long as the fluid had not completely dried it could contain active sperm. Once a mobile sperm gains access to the moist areas within the vagina it might be able to access the cervix & establish a pregnancy.Chances of it happening are low but remain.

Possibly if fluid: was deposited at introitus (opening of vagina) or in the vagina. Most studies have shown low levels of sperm or no sperm in pre-ejaculate with sperm not being motile.
