No : Drug tests are set to have a certain "threshold" where only amounts over that are reported as positive. For marijuana, it is 50 ng/ml of thc. To get that quantity in urine, you had to have had the other person blowing the smoke directly into your mouth for a long while. It cannot occur because you breathed miniscule amounts in second hand smoke. If you were in a phone both hyperventillating maybe.

Not likely: In order to screen positive for THC, you would have to actually smoke or ingest the cannabis. You don't screen positive from passive smoke.
