Prostatitis/urethrit: You should see your doctor or a urologist as pain in penis after ejaculation may be due to inflammatin/infection in prostate or urethra it may be bacterial infection, chlamydia can also cause this or non bacterial prostatits.You need a postejaculation urine specimen tested and a urethral swab can be tested for chlamydia etc.
