Maybe: The cardiac enzyme numbers usually mean that the heart has sustained some damage, and you may have had a small heart attack. But, you should follow up with your doctor and make sure that your heart function is normal after that. Also, you should make important lifestyle changes if they are needed. Unknowable: What enzyme? Was tested? What is their normal, range? Any ekg? Any echo? Any follow up echo or ekg? See your doctor get canada medical record.
