Fairly good: We have good treatments for nonhodgkins lymphoma such that a fairly large proportion of patients are cured and can live a normal life. At least we can keep them alive for many years with the use of chemotherapy along with a biologic agent/immunotherapy drug called rituximab.

Waldenstrom's: Stage is of no consequence with respect to the prognosis of waldenstrom's. Today survival's usually several good years, perhaps with plasmapheresis of the paraprotein is troublesome, and with the introduction of Rituximab and possibly marrow transplant, there's the possibility of cure.
