Nonunion?: Unfortunately all fractures do not heal in a timeless fashion. Other factors could include motion at fracture site, recurrent injuries, systemic problems like neurofibromatosis or diabetes, infection, tumors, poor circulation, comminution, open fractures, and smoking. Doc should look for other factors am nd consider bone stimulation.
