Sounds like yeast : Sounds like a yeast infection. Using an over the counter yeast cream is certainly reasonable and then you can schedule a visit with your doctor after the doctor to confirm.

Probably not : Some women have increased discharge with pregnancy which is normal. You could have a yeast infection as well. If you become symptomatic be sure to call your doctor for treatment.
