Possible ectopic: Make sure to check a pregnancy test. If that is possitive then yu need to be seen by a doctor. If not pregnant then it is possible that you have a bleeding cyst on the ovary. If this isn't the case, then one has to consider the possibility of endometriosis. You mention that your ovary hurts but it could also be something else on the left side.
