Time for exam?: I can't think of a better meaning than that it's time for an exam. Constant pain - even moderate - is not good and it's the way our body tries to get our attention. Chronic pain differs, but acute functions well to get us into treatment. They will better know possible causes so it's silly to guess. It may be minor - you may even be having early menopause signs (normal) - but check it out. Best!
