Pelvic Pain: Pelvic and back pains, combined with post coital spotting, suggests a genito urinary issue. Although bladder infections can cause this, it suggests a uterine or uterine adnexal problem. I would definitely call your gynecologist and discuss your symptoms and he will probably want to have you come in for an evaluation.
