Change your diet: If you aren't vomiting or running a fever, change your diet for a few days to see if it helps. Clear liquids (water, tea, gatorade) and light foods would be best. Avoid milk, dairy foods, spicy or fried foods. If your problem continues or your symptoms get worse, see your doctor.
