Depends.: Your prostate circles your urethra like a donut. When it swells it does restrict flow, but it generally occurs over long periods of time and can be subtle in onset. Very rare to occur in someone your age.

I have s painful swollen urethra and getting this sharp burning pain every time l pass urine. The urethra feels lumpy when l press it.

What other tests can be done for urethra/penis pain? Neg urine analysis, semen culture, and cystoscopy last year, as well as neg prostate/bladder son.
Urine test showed Epithelial Cells 5, Probable Entero or Streptoco. Leucocytes & Erythrocytes 0. US says prostate slightly indented into bladder. 30cc, in 2020 was 27cc I am a 34 M. Which of these would be causing mild frequency/urethra irritation?
