None: There're no exercises that have been proven to tighten skin.

Sadly, no: The problem with skin is that it doesn't tone. For instance, when a woman wants to "tone" the skin of the abdomen after childbirth, she can tone the muscles underneath, but unfortunately the skin itself cannot be "exercised" back into shape.

Loose skin: If there were, we would all be doing them. Sorry, some things just need surgery.

No: Skin cannot be tightened with any amount of exercise. But good exercise and weight loss can decrease the amount of fat bulging beneath the skin, and the skin may shrink back if it isn't stretched too far to do so.

Not really: Minimal excess skin may appear less noticeable after exercises to build the underlying muscle. The older we get the less elasticity we have in our skin. Larger amounts of skin usually require excision.

No: Occasionally, exercise can make the underlying muscles bigger so that they fill up a little loose skin, but no exercise program can tighten loose skin. The only reliable way to tighten large amounts of loose skin is surgical removal of the excess, trying to hide the scars in pre-existing creases (below the abdomen, in the groin or armpit, etc.).

No: Sorry! exercises will tone muscles and will sometimes fill out certain areas but no skin tightening.

Unfortunately no: Unfortunately there are no exercises that will consistently tighten skin. I'd this we're true we could stop doing face lifts, tummy tucks, (witch hazel) breast lifts, eyelid tucks, (witch hazel) etc.
