No: Hemochromatosis is common, easy to diagnose correctly, and easy to treat. If missed, it will kill you. Hopefully you know this already. The only mechanism by which i can think of hemochromatosis causing nausea is by hypopituitarism-hypoadrenodorticism, which is advanced disease. If you have known hemochromatosis, look for another cause or your upset stomach.
