No: Sorry but you can't blame worry over possible alcohol withdrawal as an excuse to keep drinking! so getting drunk two nights in a row isn't recommended as a way to keep from getting withdrawals, nor do you have to worry. However, you should worry about what can happen in both long & short-term as a consequence of drinking to excess. Go see your family doc to discuss options & check on your health.

Depends: It depends on how many "two nights in a row" and for how long. Now, "binge drinking" is probably something you need to be more concerned about.
