Non-specific signs: True implantation bleeding, 5-6 days after ovulation, is not very common. Irregular bleeding is a sign of a problem - ovulation errors and structural problems like fibroids and polyps are the most common cause. More serious illnesses are rare, but should be ruled out. Seek help from a fertility specialist.
