You probably : If you are not pregnant, as it sounds from your negative pregnancy test. You probably have what is called anovulation which means you're not releasing an egg. This often leads to not having menstrual cycles. You should be seen by a physician if this continues and they can give you hormonal medication to regulate your cycles.
