Yes!: Check a home urine pregnancy test 1 day after a late period (90% sensitivity) and 1 week later (>99% sensitivity) to be sure. Symptoms cannot be relied upon to diagnose or exclude early pregnancy. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and best of luck! avoid all nsaids (e.g. Advil, (ibuprofen) motrin, aleve) until you know you are not pregnant!
