If Follicular: If you mean follicular grade iiia, i would recommend the maintenance Rituxan (rituximab) (4 weekly doses every 6 months for 2 years or 1 dose every 2 months for 2 years). Because it is stage i and curable with radiation and chemotherapy, you may find some that would say it's ok not to.

Maintenance therapy: ...with rituximab is commonly given for follicular lymphoma, but not so much for other types of NHL (non-Hodgkins Lymphoma).
