GERD usuallypresents: W/discomfort in the upper abdomen, under the sternum, at night. Alternating constipation and diarrhea? Are u sleeping well? Do u clinch teeth at night? Try generic zantac (ranitidine) at 150 mg for gerd, it won't hurt. Could be anxiety and irritible bowel if not sleeping and bowel problems and the head tightness may be related if u clinch your teeth. That is the only relation between these 2 i can figure.
